123bd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "123bd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 123bd platform, its operators, and associated entities responsible for the operation of the website at 123bd.io.
• "Platform" means the 123bd website (123bd.io), mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated software, content, and services provided by 123bd.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 123bd Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform after completing the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), reflecting the User's available funds for betting and gaming.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform .

• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit and withdrawal channel available on the Platform, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful, or has been self-excluded or otherwise restricted from using the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 123bd Platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or claiming a Bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 123bd in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the 123bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity).
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party for the purposes of placing Bets.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 123bd or any of its affiliated game or technology providers.

123bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Where a User cannot or does not provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, 123bd may suspend or permanently close the Account and retain any funds pending the resolution of the eligibility review, in accordance with applicable procedures.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 123bd reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or Bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, false name, or fraudulent payment credentials — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 123bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 123bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

123bd may require Users to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

123bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 123bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment account used for depositing must be registered in the same name as your 123bd Account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum single deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum single withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by Payment Method and Account verification status. Current limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to a User's Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. 123bd does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

5.4 Refusal of Transactions

123bd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such circumstances, 123bd may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities and may be legally prohibited from disclosing the reason for the hold to the User concerned.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All Bets placed on the 123bd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or betting market, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific product rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A Bet is not accepted until you receive on-screen confirmation from the Platform. 123bd reserves the right to decline or void any Bet at its discretion, including in cases of manifest error (palpable error in odds or game data), technical malfunction, or suspected abuse of the betting system.

6.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a Bet is accepted at odds or terms that 123bd determines to represent a manifest error — including typographical errors, data feed errors, or system faults — 123bd reserves the right to void the Bet and return the original stake to the User's Wallet. 123bd's decision on manifest errors is final and binding.

6.3 Insufficient Funds

Bets may only be placed using funds available in your Wallet. 123bd will not extend credit to Users under any circumstances. Attempting to place a Bet that exceeds your available Wallet balance will result in the Bet being automatically declined by the Platform.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time event developments. 123bd cannot guarantee that a Bet submitted during a live event will be accepted at the displayed odds at the moment of submission. A Bet on a live market is only confirmed upon receipt of explicit on-screen acceptance confirmation.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 123bd may offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Users. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms ("bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as part of meeting the published wagering requirements for that Bonus.
• 123bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, error, or system malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 123bd Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or chargebacks without a legitimate basis.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes or exploit the system.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with Bets placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security mechanism on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, other Users, or any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming Bonuses multiple times.

Where 123bd has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in any prohibited conduct, 123bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated Bets and Bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 123bd support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending Bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any remaining Wallet balance (net of any applicable Bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered Payment Method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 123bd

123bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged Account inactivity; or any other reason that 123bd determines compromises the integrity, security, or regulatory compliance of the Platform.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 123bd will notify the User via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the Account balance. Users are encouraged to keep their registered email addresses current to ensure receipt of such notifications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 123bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of such content — is the property of 123bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform; use data mining or similar data extraction tools; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website; or use the 123bd name, logo, or branding without express written permission.

Privacy & Data

123bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at 123bd.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

123bd uses SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and communications to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal and financial data. Notwithstanding these measures, 123bd cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible data security threats and shall not be liable for any breach attributable to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123bd shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if 123bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

123bd's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 123bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.
